Holy Quiz follows the strictest of GDPR, UK-GDPR, CCPA, and equivalent privacy laws — for all users, everywhere. The form below routes your request to our Data Protection Officer.

A copy of your account, activity, and content as a JSON download.

Correction

Fix inaccurate information we hold about you.

Deletion

Permanent removal of your account and personal data within 30 days.

Portability

Receive your data in a machine-readable format to take elsewhere.

Objection / restriction

Stop or limit specific processing of your data.

Withdraw consent

Revoke consent for any processing we relied on it for.

Use this form or email dpo@holyquiz.app directly. To protect your account we’ll verify your identity before acting on a sensitive request.

Most requests process automatically within 24 hours.

How verification works

We use the minimum verification possible. For most requests, we’ll email a confirmation link to the address on file. For deletion or full export, we may also ask you to answer one question only the account holder would know.

Authorized agents

You can have an authorized agent (e.g. lawyer, family member) submit a request on your behalf. Attach a signed authorization to your message; we may follow up to confirm directly with you.

If we say no

We’ll explain why in plain language, citing the specific legal exception (e.g. ongoing fraud investigation, legal obligation, vital interests). If you disagree, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority:

EU residents: your national supervisory authority — see edpb.europa.eu.
UK residents: the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
California residents: the California Privacy Protection Agency.
